I found this company great to work with. Very professional, local and family owned, multigenerational. As they say, don’t take the cheapest bid or the most expensive but the one in the middle, and that was Jack Smith. My property management company paid for the services so I'm not sure about their prices, but their work was excellent. They were communicative, showed up on time, and did good work. They did not seem to upcharge or try and replace anything that didn't need to be replaced. They just reglazed the windows. A friend just asked for a local glass recommendation and they popped into my head, so I came to leave a good review because they made a good impression.
