Jack Smith staff is very responsive and friendly. The window technicians sent to repair our Milgard windows took the time to make sure all windows were working properly. They were able to work around our plantation shutters to replace balancers. This saved us considerably compared to others quotes we got.

I had a terrific experience with Jack Smith Glass. This was a small job replacing a non-standard shower door. I had already been turned down by another company as they offered to replace the whole shower but wouldn’t replace just the door. Tommy from Jack Smith was very professional from start to finish. He was able to use my original hinges and replaced the door at a reasonable price. The new door actually looks and operates better than the original in that it has a tighter fit and there is no need for a plastic seal strip.... read more
