We have a very heavy 8 foot sliding glass door that is in great conditions but very hard to open. I received a Yellow Pages booklet in the mail with a Jack Smith magnetic business card glued to the front. They said 'no job too small' so I gave them a call. They were very friendly, gave me a quote and quickly called me back with available times. I scheduled the repair for 2 days later. It was a 2-person job since it was such a large door. Friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent workmanship. My job was five windows and a patio slider. I recommend these folks to anyone needing windows and such. Great results.

The JackSmith technicians were here on time and very professional. They measured three window panes with defective seals and then returned promptly and installed them after a few days right on time for the appointment. Excellent work and beautiful clear windows again.

I recently remodeled a bathroom and needed a new shower door. I solicited bids from Jack Smith and another well respected vendor. A neighbor had recently used Jack Smith for a shower door and was very complementary about them. Jack Smith's bid was about 20% less than the competitor so they were awarded the job. They were very professional while measuring for the door size as well as during its installation.
