This facility is too big. I had taken my mom for treatment here for 4 months. You will be here at least 6 hrs from labs, waiting to see your oncologist which.. can take at least an hr sitting in a room.. then go to another floor for infusion. This is too much for a cancer patient to go from floor to floor. They are short staffed..
On 4/2/26 I had a cancerous kidney taken out. Everyone was wonderful. From the first time I walked in to meet with the surgeon. To recovery could not ask for a better group of people. Thank you all!!!
It's a lovely building but now each service is on a different floor. It’s too confusing and chaotic. At CINJ services were all done on the same floor and everything seemed streamlined, not here. Whoever thought of this layout clearly didn’t have the patients in mind.
