Serdar Plumbing did the plumbing in my new home and I have yet to have any problems. I've had the pleasure of meeting some of their personnel and have enjoyed every encounter with them. They are professional and make you feel like you are in the best hands. Even without having issues in my home, I still feel comfortable reaching out to them for any issues I may have. I would recommend their work to anyone.
Had them do a rough-in of my basement bathroom. They installed the tub drain to far from my wall and then installed the front of the tub 3/4" higher than the back - so it's not vertically square. The installation of the drain too far back caused me to have to fir out the wall surrounding the tub. The blamed it on the framing, but no, it was your guys that installed the drain too far back and then not installing it level. Nice people, but my interaction with their workers has been less than stellar.
