On first impression these guys were GREAT they really know how to convince the buyer they are getting an awesome deal.I bought a used car from them..warranty is 3,000 miles or 3 months. We applied for extended and our auto loan provider "denied" it which I think is complete crap I believe they didnt want to offer me the extended warranty. I took my truck to FORD expecting good service. After all, it IS the dealer my family has been buying from for 15 years. They billed me for a tire rotation they did not do AT ALL. There weren't any fingerprints on my rims and the X that I marked on the inside of the tire was still in the same location. WEIRD? YES! And SOMEONE took my truck for a drive!
