My experiences with Jack Schmitt Chevrolet is always fantastic. Amber and Jason were great and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable at my last visit. Everyone there is friendly and it feels and looks like they really enjoy their jobs. I wouldn't take my Camaro to any other dealership for service and I don' t even live in Wood River.
Another quality service perfected by my service adviser Jason. Was able to get me in and out to make my next appointment and even provided a video of the inspection of the under carriage! Nice touch.
I walked in at 8AM with some type of fluid leak. My service tech, Fred Yuss, said he could put me in but wasn't sure they could get to it that day. The courtesy car ran me home, in about 3 hours Fred called and told me what the problem was and that it had been corrected. The team at Jack Schmitt always treats me like royalty. I recommend to everyone this is the place to buy and have your vehicle serviced.
Went in to schedule an oil change, waiting area was jam packed with customers waiting, I asked if they had any openings soon (meaning in the next few days), was told to go have a seat and they would take care of me shortly, 30 minutes later I walked out with my oil changed. Thanks again to a wonderful service department and my personal tech, Fred Yuss.
