Staff never sent mammogram order to facility to meet the patient three different occasions one month prior to my appointment reminding them to do so now I am the day before mammogram appointment and I still have not received them and nor has the facility. I have tried to call yet again only to find office closed due to a Christmas party . you think the office would have placed the patient before the Christmas party and done their job.How awful, office needs to be retrained in customer service.
He’s been my favorite doctor since the late 90’s. His place of business has changed, but he hasn’t. He always listens, and then gives back information to the best of his ability. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good family physician to give this man a chance to earn their trust as well.
He is a wonderful, caring physician. I have been with him for over 15 years. Staff is friendly.

Was the best doctor. Staff is horrible. Daughter called for appt., had severe pain in left side. Was told could see nurse. Nurse said a UTI, gave prescription. Did not help. Called back. Saw nurse practitioner. Did ultrasound. Found nothing. Sent for CT scan of abdomen. Told to see GI doctor. Found nothing. Never heard back from CT scan. Went to ER. HAD a KIDNEY STONE. ER said see a urologist. Called 4 days ago for a referral , lady was rude and hateful. Still no referral. So disappointed
