ZERO STARS IS THE RATING THEY HAVE EARNED, BUT UNFORTUNATELY YOU CAN'T POST RATING WITHOUT A RATING, so they get 1 star. THE WORST DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE was to purchase windows from Jack's Wholesale Windows!!!! I have four of the nine windows I purchased, that have developed a film in between the glass, which is obviously a defect. If you look at the windows from the outside they look like a mirror tent with bubbles. Just horrible!!! If you like high pressure sales tactics, poor customer service, and useless window warranties (because the manufacturers have gone out of business), then schedule an appointment and sign that contract for their "winders." Good luck, and don't say you weren't warned.
