ZERO STARS IS THE RATING THEY HAVE EARNED, BUT UNFORTUNATELY YOU CAN'T POST RATING WITHOUT A RATING, so they get 1 star. THE WORST DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE was to purchase windows from Jack's Wholesale Windows!!!! I have four of the nine windows I purchased, that have developed a film in between the glass, which is obviously a defect. If you look at the windows from the outside they look like a mirror tent with bubbles. Just horrible!!! Jacks wholesale windows complaints is a new Facebook page to help keep the public aware of all complaints from consumers and past employees.
If you like high pressure sales tactics, poor customer service, and useless window warranties (because the manufacturers have gone out of business), then schedule an appointment and sign that contract for their "winders." Good luck, and don't say you weren't warned.
What warranty? In the beginning I was very pleased with Jack's. However, a few yrs down the road and I cannot get them to stand by their warranty. It seems the manufacturer of my windows is out of business. I have 20, twenty, foggy windows and no recourse. Bottom line... buyer beware!

Fast, Inexpensive I had to get an attorney to get out of my first window contract, as it had been over three months and our windows were still not in.
