I’d like to leave a good review for Brad Miller — such a nice, professional, and quick guy. I had a shredded tire that damaged my trailer’s fender, and he made sure to help me fix it well enough so I could make it back to the yard safely. I went there to have the air pressure checked in my motor home tires. They did that with no problems.
I missed Thanksgiving and Christmas with my family due to the negligence of Jack’s/Purcell Tire. I came in for an oil change the week before Thanksgiving before traveling back to the east coast. The following day I broke down in Logan canyon as Jack’s forgot to tighten the drain plug on the oil pan.(No cell reception…) My brand new engine installed by Ford technicians under my extended warranty about three months prior had seized do to their negligence.
