I've seen the posts on the Apollo Beach Facebook group for a while and decided to take the plunge and go with Jack's Smoke Shack for our Christmas dinner. It was a bit risky having never ordered before but we were rewarded with an amazing meal! The prime rib was smoked to perfection. The seasonings used were fantastic. We got a rack of baby back ribs and they were absolutely delicious. Perfect amount of flavor and tenderness. We also got some pulled pork and it was incredible. Not too fatty but still moist. Delicious will definitely be back especially on the boat this summer.
I highly recommend this business. We hired Jack to cater our company Christmas party and everyone including myself were extremely happy! These ribs will make you want to eat them until you fall over!! We also ordered chicken and brisket, which were equally as good. (I'm just a rib junkie!) Thank you Jack for the A-1 performance. I'll certainly be back!!!
