Fantastic work, great family owned business. Really loved the follow up calls.
very bad customer service and the worst communication i have ever had with a business. started with JACKS PAINT PLACE back in may 2016 to have repairs from hail damage and was told we would get a call when they are ready to do the work. got no call from them and i had to call them in November 2016 and was told they are working on time line to get all hail roof damage fix and would call. i call them again in December 2016 to check on time line and was told very rudely that they are not JACKS PAINT PLACE anymore and are SERVIC... read more
This place isn't even jacks paint place... just saying.
About as good as it gets. They are always available and their prices are reasonable and their turn around times are good. John's work is top notch even on our custom stuff. Good job!
