Needed my brakes done and Jack's Mobile Mechanics was able to get to me that day. Costs were very competitive and the work was done very professionally. Will definitely keep them in mind for future work.
My car wouldn't start and I tried everything to diagnose the issue. I had the battery tested at autozone, cleaned the terminals, tested all the fuses, and did a continuity test on the ignition and starter button. I gave up and called Jack and thankfully he was able to come out the same day. Jack tested and verified everything as well. He found that the old aftermarket alarm was the culprit! Hired Jack to perform a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was looking to buy from out of state and he delivered. He pointed out a few areas that needed repair while confirming that the vehicle was overall in good shape. When the dealership questioned his report, Jack volunteered to drive back out there (an hour plus in each direction) and stood by his work. Would recommend!
Did a brake job for me a few years back (2010 ford f150) and it cost me over 1000 to have two brakes repaired (front.) After spending all day working on them they last less then a month before they fell off. It was so bad I had to get rid of my truck because the repair cost was way more then I could afford. I paid a premium cost for a patch work job that didn't last. I won't call again. Disappointing.
