We paid for enough food for 100 guests at our wedding at riverside gardens on September 21st 2024 and we only had about 40 guests actually attended. They brought just barely enough food for the guests we did have. They were also very unprofessional. They came with only two people to serve the food (attendants were supposed to be provided to serve) they claimed to be short staffed. Food was amazing at my wedding. The head server came over to check in with me to make sure that everything was OK. We even had a lovely conversation. Our family and guest appreciated a kid friendly option that we added. I appreciated the set up of our cake and mini cupcakes. They also cut and served our cake!
Jack's catered my wedding of 200 people on 05/24/24, and they did an overall great job! The food was very good (not amazing but good food especially for the price). The staff were friendly and professional. My wedding ceremony and reception were held at the same venue, and Jack's was scheduled to arrive during the ceremony. They were very quiet and did not disturb anything! They packaged up the leftovers for us to take home. All in all, I would recommend Jack's as a good value and easy to work with catering option!
Used Jacks catering for my wedding and honestly super disappointed. We got the taco bar and a lot of my guest complained about how the food was seasoned, it was cold and just really didn't taste good. Ended up throwing all my leftovers away which was all of it. They were easy to work with but I would've went with a different menu if I knew how the food was going to be.
