I only paid for a front wheel alignment when I asked for all 4, since they found the rear wheels were still in good alignment. I had some questions and Ken answered them thoroughly and he mentioned helpful details about the current condition of my brake pads. No appt. was needed and service was completed in about 1 hour. It was a great experience overall. I valued being able to speak with the same person who performed the work before and after the job.
Said my toe arm was bent when I installed a brand new one two or three months ago. They also said there was no adjustment on my camber anymore but that they could adjust caster when my caster is not adjustable. Also they didn't even touch my camber plates on my coilovers to actually adjust the camber. Terrible Charged me 130 as well and never answers any calls or request for refund.
Old school, no BS. Fast in and out, reasonably priced, no appt needed.

After spending $240 at your shop, I had a terrible experience on 43rd ave. Lied to me, called me a liar, cursed at me, and threw my keys on the counter and told me to leave.
DId an alignment today on my 1996 F250 4X4 and it drives perfect!! Very fast and very professional team! Thanks again!
