I'm very disappointed in the service I've received from the Richeson Co related to their oil paint. I sent a question regarding a tube of paint that is so stiff that it is almost impossible to use. I got a few return questions and a request for the tube batch number and since then absolutely nothing. As an artist who rarely has an issue with materials, I find this to be incredibly poor customer service. I have tubes of oil paint from college that are still pliable and useable.
