Horrible! They are great up front and will do whatever you want. Then once they get your money they nickel and dime you for anything else. If you want to change anything in your album that will cost you. To order a few engagement pics if its not included, their prices for their prints are outrageous! Make sure you get anything and everything in writing up front. If you don't then they will charge you in the end!

I highly recommend Jack Randall Photography! They take beautiful photographs making it very difficult to chose your favorites. Their staff was very professional. They gave enough direction to get great shots without being controlling. They also captured great candids that I never would have thought of.

I was really impressed with Jack. He was willing to let us fly him to San Francisco to do our engagement pictures. They came out beautifully. His was great at picking out the best spots to take a picture. There were so many great pictures to choose from. All around I would recommend him for engagement photos. I can’t wait to see how the wedding portraits turn out.
