Was told someone would be here with in 40 to 70 minutes. That was at 10:12pm it's not 11:40 and now someone else will be coming so the insurance app says. I called multiple times no answer everytime.

I had a flat tire on the side of a very busy road and my insurance company sent this service to me. They got to me pretty quick and the service was quick as well, but they really need to work on having employees wear logos on their clothing or have logos on their truck. The man who changed my tire was in a random silver Honda and was wearing a wife heater and basketball shorts. If he didn’t have all his equipment with him I would not have unlocked the door for him. On two separate occasions I have had my keys locked in my car. Once with my daughter warming up the car ( it was running) and one that was on me. Both times I called and the technician was able to come out rather quickly and had me going in no time.

I was told that a technician would be to me within 45 mins. After 1-1/2 hours I called them back and they never dispatched anyone!!! Now, it'll be at least 2+ hours before anyone can put on a spare tire!!! Do not recommend!!!!!!
