They are the WORST. I can not understand with all of these negative reviews WHY insurance companies are still dealing with them. They lied numerous times about ETA and then stopped answering the phone..I would not recommend
The worst company I have ever seen in my life very unprofessional rude and had my 68 year old mother waiting at a closed store for over 4 hour but every 30 minutes sent a text that they would be there in 10 minutes but it took them a total of 4 hours to get to her then when he gets there he was so rude unbelievable
