Geico's ETA was 45 minutes. Recieved a call a minute or so later and was told it would be 15 minutes. Arrived earlier than expected and assisted without question. Thank you guys for your help.

Claimed they came to the location of my vehicle. LIES!! 😡🤬 never showed up. Finally got tired of the run around and called a real company Ackerman would have been here for real. I have 2 little kids that just got out of school and I just got off work. We were hungry and tired and just trying to make it home.

I truly wish I could give this review ZERO stars. After the initial call to my insurance company, I followed up to the provider to let them know what the situation was in the scene. My vehicle rolled off the jack and needed to be lifted to change the tire. The lady showed up in a passenger vehicle with her entire family in the car (husband and 3 kids) with the jack from her cars spare tire kit.
