Excellent care, highly recommend.
Dr. Erwin is an old school professional with an excellent manner. Within just a few minutes I knew he was the right choice.
While the doctor and nurse were polite and courteous the office staff is horrible. I have worked in Healthcare for 12 years in all areas and I have never seen such heartless, rude and arrogance. The eye rolling, sighing, and unprofessionalism was the worst I have ever seen. I was on the phone trying my best to be refered anywhere but there. They need to find another profession because apparently serving the public isn't their calling. But as for the doctor, he was thorough and polite and answered all of my questions. I called yesterday afternoon to see if I could get in because both my ears were draining. The nice lady on the phone made me an appointment for the next morning!. I had called Drs in Lufkin who were booked until the end of January. I couldn't wait that long. Dr Erwin understood I couldn't hear anything and made sure I knew what was going on. Dr Erwin and staff were efficient, compassionate and kind.
