Unfortunately, I can't give him a lower rating. I was assigned to Dr. Pulwers through my Aetna insurance and had nothing but problems. He regularly cancels my appointments, then reschedules 3 months down the road. This has happened three times over the past year. I've also had to return to the lab to get additional samples because the doctor ordered the wrong test method. In this case, he ordered a blood test rather than a proper breath test.
