I had my daughter take me jeep in, she called ahead of time to get a price for an oil change, provide the vin# they gave her a price when she get there it a totally different price. I called service person was rude and according to them she never called even thought she tried to show them the call recorded o her cell record. Also oil filter wasn’t put in properly it now leaking oil.
The service manager "Amr" will call you and talk over you so that the work you're requesting takes longer for them to do so they can get more labour hours. Receive a text saying I "may" receive a survey link, never got one.
was ghosted and gaslit by 2 salesmen at this dealership for wanting to test drive a measly RAM RHO. hands-down one of the worst dealership experiences i have ever had. very disappointed in Abbey and Mikes customer service and lack up follow up. strongly recommend to stay away from this place. good luck capturing future business. i won't be from me or my family. cheers.
