This is the second time I have had Eric Hernandez as my customer service Advisor at Jack Powell Each time I go I feel like he is treating me like Family. It’s not just me,when I was standing off to the side I noticed he treated all of the customers that way professional and Courteous. Previously I had considered going to a different shop out of convenience that was Closer to me I have since changed my mind. because of Eric, Jack Powell is now my go to Dealership
Just bought a 2019 Cherokee, that I’m super happy with my purchase. Jonathan in sales and Mike from finance were great on making the process as smooth as possible. Mike when above and beyond with my payment by making my monthly payment as low as possible. Way lower than I expected. I recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Took in my car for a airbag recall repair. Their staff is rude and unhelpful. They clearly hate their job. They gave me the car back with none of the interior panels replaced correctly and I had to do it myself. They clearly don't care unless they are making money off you. Avoid their service department. Your local mechanic will do a much better job!
