If only negative stars was an option. This place is a joke. Poorly ran in every way possible. Save your time and money. Go buy a car somewhere else. Go buy a ford. Do anything you can to avoid any experience at this dealership. They’re a bunch of clowns.
They worked me in and finished pretty quick, the price was high for me but I needed an oil change.
Amr and the team at Jack Powell are first class - great customer service, and awesome tech team. We had to replace the AC unit, and I was worried about having to remove and reinstall the entire dash, but these guys got it done with zero issues and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend!
