1 star review. Do what you want with this info. I removed the original 1 star review as requested by management over the phone. In December 2025 my mother’s jeep renegade had battery issues. She believed the best choice was to go to Jack Phelan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in countryside for a brand new battery. It was well over $500 for parts and labor. Dan from parts and Scott from service are top notch. Scott got us in when every other dealer couldn’t for 2 weeks. Highly recommend talking to Dan or Scott for parts and service needs. Will definitely be back.
My wife took our 2019 Jeep in just a couple weeks ago for an oil change. She complained her heat stopped working this week, so I popped the hood to check the coolant. Sure enough, the reservoir was dry. I’ve never been to a dealer that didn’t at least let you know when your fluids were running low. On top of that, I noticed the transmission is leaking and they didn’t mention to her. We will not be giving this dealer further business.
