Usually I'm very happy, but yesterday I got the 30,000-mile maintenance package down and when I picked up my car it was washed but not dried and spots so hard on side mirrors, I couldn't see out the mirror. Also, my old oil change sticker was still on windshield, and they never attempted to remove it or even put the new one on to show when next mileage needed, as that is what i usually hit before the 20% life alert. Not like them to do this, but for paying over 500.00 I expected this to not happen.
Great service department and well kept waiting area.
Jason took my vehicle as a last minute appointment and got us in and out on a very busy holiday schedule. Thank you for accommodating us!!!
