Made 4 attempts to get a copy of my eye exam, one in person, (Trinity)one in a voicemail (Amy) and 2 in phone conversations (Trinity & Lisa). Never a return call. I'll be going back to my previous eye care center, even though i have to pay out of pocket. It's in the grievance report I asked my insurance company to file. I don't need the aggravation, and I was an existing customer..

Gave it a one star only because I was forced to select a star. I went to Barnet, Dulaney, Perkins eye center when I first arrived in Goodyear Arizona, (2021). I was diagnosed with Macular Degeneration in 2018 which has to be checked every year for its progress. When I checked in for my yearly appointment the girl asked for my vision insurance card. I gave her my card. She then told me they had to make a second appointment at least a week later, to see the specialist for my Macular Degeneration. I questioned this appointment ... read more

"I've had the worst experience with this business. Especially the employee Katie. If there was a picture next to the definitely of rude in the dictionary, you'd see a photo of her. They refused to send an auth to the insurance company so that I can obtain my medically necessary contacts, prior to the end of the benefit period. The insurance company had to get involved and they still refused. They wanted a promissory notice signed, agreeing to financial liability, prior to having a determination from the insurance company and... read more

Terrible service. I waited 1 1/2 hours due a 2 minute pressure test. I was referred to a compounding pharmacy for my rx. It took over a week to get my refill bc Barnet Dulaney office people called in the wrong rx 3 times! The rx doesn't work so now I have to get yet another rx and return in a month, pay another $75 copay drive an hour each way and wait lord knows how long for another 2 minute check. Currently looking for another provider. My last appointment was even worse!

Never had my eyes dilated before which lasted for over six hours. Nonetheless, the staff should have informed me not to drive myself home…felt like I was driving through war torn Ukraine...weeks later my eye are still so sore. I called several time to speak with my doctor, who never returned my calls yet after days the tech stated it was a different injury and that I should make an appointment – really. I am so disappointed with the care that was received. Everything I said after surgery was ignored(acted if my concerns were from outer space) Now almost a year later I get "sorry". The care even include a stitch that was left to long in my eye and let go for over a month of pain and suffering. no one needed

Went to branch in parker az and the service is shameful. Advised by Dr I needed bifocals Got my prescription sent in prescription to be filled realized something was wrong with glasses went back to Dr they realized they did not writ in the portion for the bifocals I ask for them to replace glasses as they made mistake only to be told it was the eye glass co that filled the prescription wrong and they should have known it was for bifocals how could they know this as they are going off ithe information provided by Dr on prescr... read more

Dr. Schlecht is an excellent doctor, has very good people skills and takes the time to answer questions and explain any concerns. I have seen other doctors that do not care for patients to ask questions, almost like the patient is challenging their knowledge instead of trying to understand the patients condition. He will be missed as he is moving on to another job.

Bait & Switch: I am a 6 year client of this office. I stopped by on Jan. 4 to make an appointment for an eye exam. The receptionist took my Medicare Advantage insurance card and quoted me $45 co-pay for my exam. I told the receptionist I was interested in buying new lenses for my glasses from them. When I arrived for my appointment two days later a different receptionist told me my exam co-pay would be $70 since I wanted to use my prescription to buy new lenses...Really? This was clearly a bait & switch tactic. Oh well, Barn... read more
