I happened to be at the mall the other day and saw this place so i decided to book an appointment. It was easy to get scheduled, the site they use is great. I love that Jerry takes his time with a cut, he asked a lot of good wisdoms about what I wanted to make sure that he could give me what I expected. New to the area from NYC. I walked in ask for the price list and the customer in the chair started selling me on the services of Jerry the Barber! I walked out to return another time. The sell was so hard I had to turn around for the cut!
Saw this over the weekend and wanted to try it out. Booked it this morning and got a confirmation email of an accepted appointment at 8:39 am. My appointment was at 2:30. I arrived around 2:15 to the gate down on the front of the store. It was a "We went out to lunch, be back soon!" Note. Okay, no big deal. But then 2: 30 came around, and no one was there.
