Very I’m pressed with the repairs done to my vehicle after being rear ended. But even more impressed with the communication from them as they kept me in the loop with everything that was happening. Also everything was completed in a very timely manner.

I had some cosmetic damage down the passenger side of my Cadillac CT4. Multiple spots from the headlight to.the rear fender flare. When I picked the car up, it looked brand new. Thanks so much!

Bobbi at the service desk was so friendly. She provided quick service and details on the status of our service work. When getting a loaner car, she noticed my fathers birthday was a few days later and went out of her way to wish him an early birthday. While waiting for the loaner car to pull around another worker walked in from his lunch and noticed us standing alone and asked if we had been taken care of yet. The level of service this crew has provided thus far has been exceptional.

So these guys did a really good job, however my car is an ev, and found I was unable to charge after getting it back from CARSTAR. When I opened up the trim I noticed one of the connectors wasn’t even connected. It’s not a big deal this time but just as a take away double check to make sure all the connections are connected in the future.
