I recently purchased a truck from Jack Madden Ford for my business, and just two weeks later I had to bring it back because of numerous issues. When I dropped it off, I was told they would look into it that same week. Dave, the service manager, was handling my case. Unfortunately, communication throughout the process was extremely poor. Had work van towed there on Monday. It is 430 on Thursday with no follow up on van despite several calls to dealership. Waiting for service to call me back Work vehicle that needs to be on road. Please help!

Extremely disappointed with the service department at Jack Madden Ford, especially my experience with Nishan. My vehicle was scheduled to be picked up at 10:30 AM for service, but nobody showed up and nobody called. After waiting until noon with no communication whatsoever, I had to rearrange my schedule and bring the vehicle to the dealership myself because it was clear nobody was taking responsibility.
