First time at Jack Madden Ford for service. It was for a recall and I was very impressed with the staff. All three I dealt with were courteous, friendly, and professional: The man who welcomed me (didn’t get his name), Debbie the woman who did the paperwork and contacted me about the progress and upon completion, and the service manager who made sure that a specific technician did the recall since he was a “Michelangelo” with the required work. Happy with my visit.

After repeated horrible experiences at Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree, I took my F150 to Jack Madden Ford to diagnose an issue that Herb Chambers couldn't figure out. Debbie Lombardi was my service advisor and was able to quickly work with her team to diagnose the issue, repair it under my powertrain warranty, and return my truck fixed. I will be coming here again for any future repairs.
