Don't do business with this company. I purchased my truck there in 2017 and have used them for service in the past. I brought my truck in to have two items looked at and they charged me $600 for diagnostic work. They claimed they disclosed these charges but they did not only confirmed the items they were to evaluate I have never been charged these fees in the past and have owned 5 ford trucks. I bought a ford taurus 2016 i paid $3000 dollars for 3 years of warranty in 3 years i never brought the car to fix and when i realy need it to be fix they refuse to fix it so i waste 3000 of my packet for no reason.

Took my F350 in for recalls and to replace the passenger tie-rod. Tech says I need $4k of work: ball joints, draglink, tie rods, steering stab. Decided to just do the recalls and picked up the truck and took it to a local shop to verify the rest of the work was necessary. They jacked up the front end and even with a 3ft bar they couldn’t get any play out of the ball joints, draglink, etc. The only thing that needs fixing is the passenger tie rod. My recommendation: don’t take your vehicle here.
