Don't do business with this company. I purchased my truck there in 2017 and have used them for service in the past. I brought my truck in to have two items looked at and they charged me $600 for diagnostic work. They claimed they disclosed these charges but they did not only confirmed the items they were to evaluate I have never been charged these fees in the past and have owned 5 ford trucks. They reviewed the work order with me but ignored telling me to evaluate a problem with my trailer hitch lights and a fuel pump issue ... read more
I bought a ford taurus 2016 i paid $3000 dollars for 3 years of warranty in 3 years i never brought the car to fix and when i realy need it to be fix they refuse to fix it so i waste 3000 of my packet for no reason.
