Very beautiful showroom however customer service was not good at all. They did not greet us or ask if we needed any assistance
I cannot say enough about our sales rep Harry Ngo. We had a major renovation in our home & Harry helped us choose our new kitchen & bath fixtures. Harry was efficient, professional & extremely knowledgable. He was very accommodating with all the changes we needed to make pending our installation dates. I worked with Harry at the San Rafael location. We ordered lots of items for 2 bathroom remodels and they were able to source all of it for us. Harry was great to work with - very responsive to emails, calls, and the prices for everything were very fair. I would work with Harry/JLKB again in a heartbeat.
