I hired Lieberman to do my taxes for 2023. He asked for total payment upfront before taxes were filed. When I asked for a meeting to discuss the tax filing since I am a new costumer, he increased his price to do my taxes after I have already paid him an agreed 50% of the fee. Though we decided to terminate our contract , he kept a significant portion of the retainer even though no tax return was filed. I would strongly recommend against using him.
