We turned our taxes in and were told there would be an extension filed, but guess not cause now we owe money to the IRS for being late! Terrible, we are done!

I had a phone appointment with the owner, he called me 10 mins early and I couldn’t get to the phone I called like 10 times right after that and I could not get anyone to answer the phone in the office finally a lady answered in a rude tone saying he has my message and will call me back when he can a whole week went by and nothing so I called again and left a message for them to schedule me an in person interview instead no one called me back, so I decided to take my business elsewhere a business who doesn’t answer the phone... read more

Off of a recommendation we chose this office 8 years ago and have been grateful for the work they do. This year we learned that Mike Lowe had retired a couple years ago, we were unaware of this because we didn’t notice any change in the operation of the office keep up the great work!

I have used Mike Lowe for years and I’ve had no issues, unfortunately with this new owner I have had nothing but problems this year. I submitted my tax documents in February and was told there was a three week turnaround time. I had to call three weeks later in order to get my tax return. I was then told my tax returns cannot be filed until my personal pin is provided, which I emailed to them in March. I have not heard anything and assumed my taxes were filed.
