The employees and staff are always so pleasant. The technician that took care of my issue was very knowledgeable and professional. He took care of my issue in a timely manner and to my surprise, the cost was very reasonable for the repair. If I do happen to have any more AC problems with no doubt I will call Jack Laurence again.
