Tim came out today and replaced my tub spout and shower handle, both of which were already in a real bad way when he got here. He was prompt, professional, neat, courteous, and explained everything he did in a way that I could understand. I couldn't be happier , and I will definitely call Jack Woods Plumbing and ask for Tim for any other plumbing needs I have in future. Also, I had a few plumbers before I called Jack L. Woods just not show up or call off last minute or give quotes that were unreasonable or too vague. When I ... read more

After other companies wouldn't even get past the booking process, these guys had quick booking turnaround. Completed work timely in coordination with the city turning water off. When the city said there was an issue, not with the work, but with our setup being pre-code, these guys came back out the very same day, brought it up to what the city wanted and we had water back on the same day. 100% would recommend. The techs on site were professional and friendly and the man i spoke with over the phone also was great. Communicati... read more

Jack Woods Plumbing has employees who really know their business. We have an unusual old house that makes some plumbing issues more challenging--like plumbing pipes over a cold concrete slab. Jack Woods does everything possible to find a solution. Their Last week, their excellent technician, Tim, got a constantly-running toilet repaired to stop the running, and also installed two new brushed stainless steel lavatory faucets. We know where to go for any future plumbing issues: Jack Woods.

Very dangerous driving in heavy rain. Passed us in a no-passing zone with oncoming traffic and nearly hit us. Cut us off, then proceeded to drive approximately 75 mph in a 50 mph zone. Vehicle was a white Ford F-150.
