Larry should be fired or not allowed to answer the phones. Rude, impatient, condescending, and just plain heartless. He actually made me cry he was so difficult to talk to. I needed a toilet replaced. The person on the telephone was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made a suggestion that I accepted. The plumber knew exactly what to and very pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for future work.
Casey arrived promptly and unclogged our toilet and fixed our drippy faucet. Conscientious about cleanup and very professional. Fair price.
I am a happy customer... I am so impressed with the service that I received:) Berry was ontime, professional and he had great communication. Berry replaced a shower handle, water spout and cartridge plus he fixed my toilet too and he didn't leave a mess. Tim came over and fixed our dripping faucet no problem. He also recommended replacing part of the toilet as it wasn't filling as it should and didn't cost much more at all. The problem however was the next day the shower in the same bathroom stopped working. I was upset and was sure it was something that Tim had done wrong. Next week a different Tim came out to the house and fixed the shower and showed and proved to me it was nothing that the first Tim had done wrong.
