FIND SOMEONE ELSE! We hired Jack L Woods Plumbing to install 2 toilets. The plumber was scheduled to arrive at 8:00am so my wife and I adjusted our schedules accordingly. I got a call from Bill at 8:21 from the plumber saying he was getting stuff together and would be at my house by 9:00. He arrived just after 9:00. He started working and worked until just before 11:00, then he went out to his van until 11:35. He came in and did 20 minutes worth of work before going out to his van until 12:15. Work is fine, the drivers however will run you off the freeway using their brights going 90+ an hour within city limits. Absolutely unacceptable
Larry should be fired or not allowed to answer the phones. Rude, impatient, condescending, and just plain heartless. He actually made me cry he was so difficult to talk to. Don't have someone who has shitty people skills talking to customers. Also why do I have to give you my address, phone number, email and name after you were already at my house and did work?
