Dr Snitzer truly is a fantastic doctor. I have been a patient of his for decades. He really cares and shows genuine concern for his patients.
Very rude people very rude
The negative reviews reflect my experience. The person who answers the phone seems to need additional training in customer service. During my call, she answered by saying "hello," interrupted me multiple times, and informed me that I needed a referral, despite my PPO insurance not requiring one. I mentioned I would contact my primary care physician. The following week, I called twice and left a message, but did not receive a return call.
