Dr Snitzer truly is a fantastic doctor. I have been a patient of his for decades. He really cares and shows genuine concern for his patients.
Very rude people very rude
The negative reviews reflect my experience. The person who answers the phone seems to need additional training in customer service. During my call, she answered by saying "hello," interrupted me multiple times, and informed me that I needed a referral, despite my PPO insurance not requiring one. I mentioned I would contact my primary care physician. The following week, I called twice and left a message, but did not receive a return call. Impossible to get an appointment. Referral from Dr office sent several times with no response. Office staff unwilling to work with me to get information needed to schedule an appointment
Not a review for the doctor but for the staff. I tried calling and left a message because no one answers. No one called. I finally called and got someone on the phone who answered "hello". I had to ask did I get Tidal Health Endincrinology. No professionalism at all.
