Very frustrated with my service with this office. I have had state farm insurance for many years and this office does not return phone calls, follow through on promises made or even perform the actions they say they will. They provided me incorrect information that cost me nearly 1000 in extra costs on my car. Very disappointing. Still waiting on several calls back.

I've been w state farm for over 54 yrs and only a few like 3 claims that came to be about 2k for all and during this covid I've been suffering lose and didn't receive a bill so I wanted to pay for both but couldn't contact anyone and left messages w no returns but kept trying anyway. I called over a week ago for an insurance quote. I told the lady I was at a car lot trying to purchase a car and she got all my information and said she had to call me back with a quote. Week later still never got the quote...
