We have used them for several years and have been pleased, but this year we were not told they are mailing in tax forms. We even signed the e-file document, but were not told they are not e-filing. I understand the owner passed away and they are trying to get their new numbers in order to e-file, but that should have been disclosed. We did our taxes with them on Feb. 18 and still have not received anything. We are extremely frustrated.
I can't believe people are disgruntled about a business who LOST their owner at beginning of tax season and put bad review on here. It was out of his hands that his MOM passed away and he is trying to carry this business into future. You are paying $150-$200 for an amazing tax service. Your taxes were sent it. IRS is taking their time on issuing an EFIN# to his business which is also out of his hands. But, your tax return is processed. You had to wait an extra 2-3 weeks for refund past an efiled one. very friendly staff just a few upsides. 1. when we called and made our appointment we asked if they could take there payment out of our taxes which they said they do. when it was time to wrap out appointment up they asked for the payment to which we responded we wanted it token out of our taxes and they said we cannot do that today. they did not let us know before hand. they also didn’t let us know before hand that the mail the taxes to the irs instead of e-file. we had our taxes done on february 8th but when we called and a... read more
