Love this place!! Very friendly atmosphere, great customer service, and easy to shop with my crazy toddlers running around and playing with all the baby toys. Kerri, the owner is so accommodating, made my experience a very pleasant one. I recommend them 100%.

Ordered a backpack through this company which has very cute clothing and other items. But they have poor customer service. The backpack I ordered did not even last a month before it ripped at the shoulder. I contacted them and they said that I would have to pay $5.00 to ship it back so they could repair it. I waited and waited on the paypal invoice and still to this day I have yet to receive it so I could send it back, even though I do not think that I should have to pay anything since it was within 30 days of purchase. We are so sorry about your backpack but unfortunately you did not order through us. There is another Jack and Jills out of Florida that specializes in personalized items. We have never shipped out any back packs. All of ours have been local. 😊
