Staff were fabulous when trying on and ordering dress. However after paying deposit very shady. Didn’t answer calls, didn’t respond with ETA. Shop was shut when went to collect dress (within opening hours). Dress arrived 4 months later then she stated it would.
Need some work with the customer service. The young lady was nice and helpful but the other had an arrogant attitude which is not really pleasant.
Wasn't very welcoming. Unfortunately one of the lady's was really rude. Also saying that I couldn't try on dresses because I was to big. And it was very limited selection of dresses. Very disappointing.
The most amazing bridal shop I have been to. I honestly can not thank Sandi enough for being so patient and helpful! I highly recommend going to Jack and Jill, you will not be disappointed!
