Wanted to talk to a body specialist about changing front grille to an aftermarket one. All I wanted to know was do you do non-accidents work and could you tell me your rate and number of hrs it would take you. I have all MB quality parts. But lady on phone would not let me speak to a technician..SAD

I am very much appreciative of the work that Jack Ingram shop did on my Mercedes after an accident, although it was the customer service afterwards that truly stands out to me.
