It was a terrible place; they replaced the engine for me and then reassembled it with missing parts. The repair work was unprofessional, they replaced the internal air conditioning unit under warranty as part of a recall, and they broke the windshield, making the customer pay for it themselves.
Great customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase or have an Audi.

I purchased a 2024 Audi Q3 in September of 2024. I took my vehicle in via road side assistance due to 12 service codes that appeared. I was told that the fault codes were presented due to that battery operating below the threshold below 80%. I’ve asked the service advisor, along with the service manager Bill to replace the battery due to safety measures for me and my kids.
