This location is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to in my life... took 20 minutes to order... One car ahead of us... Finally ordered.. When we got to the window they took our money and told us to go around the building to where the other car was who had been sitting here.... We are now at 43 minutes.... Now she came out and said we we're waiting on tacos wow who would have ever thought that people wanted tacos from Jack in the Box...46 min.... waited 8 minutes to order. I was the ONLY car there. couldn't hear the male taking orders. they are out of tiny tacos

Why do I even try to go back to this location? WORSE food ever.......every time! Today I waited forever (expected) but when i got my sourdough jack the bread had not been toasted and nothing was melted on the burger. Not to mention a melted shake because waited so long! Waited for what? DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
Pulled into the drive thru to place an order. They asked "How can I help you?" Gave my order and was told they close at 9. It was 8:50 and their lights were all on and open signs on.

Service was alright, the guy making the food was not. No lettuce or sauce on the tacos and the cheese on the tacos was hard
This is the worst Jack location! We always try to give it a chance but EVERY SINGLE TIME, they suck! We were just there couple minutes ago, waited for someone to take our order in the drive through window. Husband and I were staring at their broken screen for several minutes and nothing! my husband finally tried to get their attention saying "hello? is this thing working?" and somebody responded laughing and said "hold on a second". NO SERVICE I have tried to go to this jack-in-the-box after 9 Pm (during open hours) 5 times In the last month and a half and have not been able to get anyone on the intercom or at the window. The first 2 times I waited for over 10 minutes. This is the most unreliable business I have ever been to.
