I can't recommend Jack enough! As first time home buyers, we had a lot of apprehensions with the process. Then, Jack was referred to us by a friend. He was warm, understood our needs, and was VERY patient with us throughout the whole thing. From start to finish, each step was explained well. He knows Gatineau really well and recommended areas that fit our needs as a young family.

Jack was phenomenal! As young first-time home buyers, my fiancée and I were completely new to the home buying process and we needed a lot of help with all the documentation. Jack walked us through it step by step and guided us along the way. He was always extremely quick to respond to our questions by email, text, and phone. He even joined us in person when we finalized everything with the notary and received our keys. I greatly recommend him, especially if you're new to this!
