I contacted Jack Henry group in relation to a car I was interested in. I was contacted the very next day by Simon who just gave me some details of the car and some information as to what he can do to help. I had a lovely experience viewing and testing driving a car which I bought from Simon at Jack Henry. He was super fast responding to my email & phone enquiries. Also, the car was delivered in a beautiful & clean state to my doorstep. At the same time my trade-in vehicle picked up. A pleasant exchange from start to finish. I was travelling to my parents house along by Staplehurst and could hear something wrong with my car, the fabric floor pan had come away, so i pulled into Jack Henry service, MOT centre hoping someone would help me. A lovely young man called Conner came out , put my car up on the ramp and couldn't have been more helpful, 10 minutes later my car was fixed. thankyou so much for your help.I was offered coffee while i waited. Great place.
