Dr. Jack is very knowledgeable and caring. He listens carefully to his patients and is very thorough. I recently moved but, I still return to see him because I trust him so much!
Very professional & caring. Answered all my questions & explained everything to me easily.
It was quick and a good visit.
Had a short wait time before seeing the doctor and everyone of the doctors office was nice and friendly. Dr. Jack listen to my concerns and explain my options to me so I can make an informed decision on my treatment. Only downside to the whole visit was needed lab work and their lab was closed for the day which was not a big issue just had to drive to the hospital two blocks over to get lab work done.
Very professional and a fantastic listener! No rushing you in and out or intimidating you into any tests or procedures. Highly recommended!!!
Very good DR But his older nurse isnt nice and the secretaries in the office are in training and keep messing up on apt times and talking to pateince rudely. They need to be Trained correctly and not have attitude towards patience. That's not called for.
