I needed to send a birthday gift long distance. Having no experience with florists in Aberdeen I randomly selected another vendor who took my order and later told me they were unable to deliver as agreed. I found Jack Hadden Floral online and called. The woman I spoke with was absolutely lovely. We discussed options and I made my selection. Everything was good to go, or so I thought. The owner of this store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about plants. She helped my mother with finding the right one(even if it wasn’t at her shop) to send for a gift and made sure she knew the proper way to take care of them. Went above and beyond!
Sent flowers to a friend in Rockingham on a Friday and they were lovely. However, the recipient told us the flowers were dead 2 days later on that Sunday. I called the florist to let them know about the situation. I got an apology and was told that the person who received them could come up to Aberdeen and they would give her some flowers. I was a little suprised at this and no offer to resend, noting that any flowers I have ever received lasted a minimun of 7 to 10 days. Highly disappointed.
Jack Hadden Floral was a wonderful find and a breath of fresh air after being led around in oblivion by a competitor. Janet was wonderful, marvelous suggestions and insight for the local area . I am from the Washington area so it was perfect !. Would recommend them for anything, large or small. The suggested blooming azalea tree was just perfect for Mother's Day with so many other cut flowers. I will be a loyal customer.
I just discovered this amazing shop and will never go anywhere else again in moore county. Within a day they made this beautiful 🤍 bouquet as a welcome home from deployment gift for one of my besties. Can’t wait to plan my wedding flowers through them next. 🤩 very reasonable prices.
