This has been a go to place to eat for years, along with the owners other locations Los Compadres & Bayou Jack's. But now they just randomly without warning started charging 2.5% to your total bill if you pay using a card.. NOT ANYMORE. IM DONE!!!!!!
One of the best sports bar in town with a great food manu.
Great salads. They have several TVs with games. It's very noisy. Having a normal conversation is difficult. Outside sitting area is more quiet.
Went in because they have Velvet Hammer on tap and a Juicy Lucy burger which are both things you don't find very often. If you don't know, a Juicy Lucy is a burger patty that's stuffed with cheese and sometimes other things, and Velvet Hammer is a 9% ABV of a beast beer brewed by Peticolas of Dallas. Brought the wife along who was craving a turkey burger, and ordered in. Best burger spot because they offer beyond veggie burgers that you can build and customize however you want! It’s hard to find a spot that offers this option. Please never get rid of it!! **UPDATE** They no longer have the beyond/veggie option anymore, really disappointing.
