My great aunt was having a hard time finding anyone reliable. It seemed like every corner she turned was jusy another comoany trying to get money instead of actually helping. When we found Jack Gordon and sons we were absolutely blessed to have had their technician Seth out to her house. He made her feel comfortable and not like she was being taken advantage of. He explained every detail and didnt make her feel like he was trying to get every last dime she had. I cannot reccomend this company and Seth enough!
I can’t recommend Seth Gordon enough! He came to my home to diagnose a gas leak at the furnace and quickly identified the issue. Even though my house is less than 5 years old, the original builders had improperly installed the gas connection. Seth took the time to explain what went wrong and made the necessary repairs safely, properly, and efficiently. His professionalism, expertise, and prompt service gave me peace of mind.
