System went out. Diagnosis was evaporator coil, warranty expired, $4k to fix. Got quotes from 5 companies to repair or replace. A couple got my attention for value pricing on a new basic system with 10 yr warranty. Gordon and Sons were most flexible in options and getting me what I needed at a great price. Seth was the technician who came out to do a semi-annual seasonal system check on my ac. He was very thorough and professional, and a nice young man with whom to speak. Jack Gordon & Sons installed a new unit in my home a couple of years ago, and I had great service from the beginning (sale of the unit) until the installation was completed. This is a great company.

We have used Jack Gordon & sons for several years & absolutely love doing business with them. They have always been punctual & very helpful when ever we need them. In some situations they even come same day. Nayte is super friendly & very helpful. Always polite & respectful. Defiantly would recommend doing business with them. Conroe area, maintenance plan very well worth the price.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain all the issues with my air conditioning system in a way I could understand. My a/c stopped cooling on a Saturday. I called for service and Jacob was at my house in 10 minutes. My a/c was fixed in 30 minutes and at a reasonable price. I will always used this company and recommend them to my friends and family.
