This is the best company I have ever dealt with, I have not been able to have a dryer at my home for almost 2 years because it kept burning out on me, There technician Jacob was awsome he fixed my problem immediately , my builder had not put the system on top of my roof correctly, he was able to pin point it asap, I will now use them for any ac and heating problems I will have in the future, they have gained a lifetime customer
Highly recommend this company. They have been taking care of our AC/Heating needs for many years. Always professional, arrive on time. Just overall a company I trust and would not use anyone else. Update! AC problem on a Sunday!! Jacob came right out fixed the problem!! Love this company!! Update, Just finished with my spring checkup. As always prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. The only way I would ever call another company is if they closed theirs.
This is how a business should be ran. 1. Thay answer the phone. (A lot don't) 2. They confirmed my appointment ( a lot don't) 3.They are on time and let you know when they are headed to your house. (Others don't) 4. There come to fit the issue not to see if the can put a bandage on it to come back to charge you again to make more money. System went out. Diagnosis was evaporator coil, warranty expired, $4k to fix. Got quotes from 5 companies to repair or replace. A couple got my attention for value pricing on a new basic system with 10 yr warranty. Gordon and Sons were most flexible in options and getting me what I needed at a great price.
