System went out. Diagnosis was evaporator coil, warranty expired, $4k to fix. Got quotes from 5 companies to repair or replace. A couple got my attention for value pricing on a new basic system with 10 yr warranty. Gordon and Sons were most flexible in options and getting me what I needed at a great price. Seth was the technician who came out to do a semi-annual seasonal system check on my ac. He was very thorough and professional, and a nice young man with whom to speak. Jack Gordon & Sons installed a new unit in my home a couple of years ago, and I had great service from the beginning (sale of the unit) until the installation was completed. This is a great company.

We have used Jack Gordon & sons for several years & absolutely love doing business with them. They have always been punctual & very helpful when ever we need them. In some situations they even come same day. Nayte is super friendly & very helpful. Always polite & respectful. Defiantly would recommend doing business with them. This company is great! They returned my call first thing Monday morning. Set a time to come and make repairs. Texted me when and who were on their way. Showed up on time and made the repairs in a timely manner. Naythan is a professional! This will be my go to AC company whenever I need AC work. I highly recommend them.
