System went out. Diagnosis was evaporator coil, warranty expired, $4k to fix. Got quotes from 5 companies to repair or replace. Jacob was very prompt, courteous for our time available. Diagnosed problem, obtained part that needed to be replaced so we had heat in the house. Would highly recommend the company for very timely service at a reasonable price. Quick appointment & efficient prompt service. Highly recommend this company.

Seth from Gordon and Sons came out for my annual AC maintenance check and did a wonderful job. He was so sweet, polite, and very professional. Aaron was super helpful with explaining how things worked. He was understanding and offered suggestions. The lady that answered the company phone was so sweet and they got an appointment for a free second opinion the next day. The employee that came out was Jacob and he was just as nice as he could be. He let me know what was going on and had estimates and timelines ready if the repair was to be made. I'd definitely call them and will plan on doing so when able. Thank you.
