Brought my car for repair. They quoted me $5000. for a turbo. I paid the $5000, picked up the car and didn't get a mile away before I realized it was not fixed. I took it back and they said it now needed a $7000. wiring harness. I asked if I would be getting a refund on the misdiagnosed turbo and they said no because "Even though the problem was the wiring harness the whole time, it still needed a turbo " Do not under any circumstance go to this dealership. YOU WILL REGRET IT
Beautiful new building for sales and service. Very large service area with modern waiting area. Same friendly people working there.
On a family road trip and had an issue with our Sonata Hybrid on the highway. The team here was able to fit us in the next day while every other dealership wouldn't fit us in for weeks. The associate that helped me, Shane is the epitome of a professional. His knowledge on the vehicle, the issue, and customer service are second to none. I could not have had a better experience here, especially as a family from out of town! If I could give the team more stars, I would!
