Fabulous company to work with. We had a tight time line which they worked with, moved their schedules around to secure our job was down within the time needed. Great employees, on time, pleasure to work with all of them. They explained and answered any questions that we had. I will use this company again I highly recommend them. I began working with Jack's on several properties in Worcester. I originally called them on very short notice when I need snow cleanup, after a large storm. They were able to come that day, and ever since they have provided quality landscaping at a very reasonable rate.
Terrible, they’ve been doing “foundation” work for going on 3 months. Show up 1-2 days a week, EVERY OTHER WEEK (they do not work consistently through the week). I have fallen twice now seeking medical help. Entire house is now molding due to foundation not completed (on top of it raining now!!). My son’s toys and our belongings outside ruined. So much more, lawyer is being contacted and it’s a shame how unprofessional not only the contractor, but the workers as well are. I HAD TO COMPLAIN AFTER FALLING just to get this whic... read more
