I had reached out online about damage to my deck. I received a fast in person assessment of the damages and later a few days an emailed proposal for the work. I really appreciated the speed, clarity and communication throughout the process. They were able to perform the repair the same week! We have had Jack’s guys out before to install a handrail and this time they replaced an extensive length of fascia board that had been beaten up by inconsiderate woodpeckers and other birds. They did a nice job and were friendly and diligent. We have some other work to do and anticipate calling on Jack again.
These guys are great this is the second time I have used them. The first time was for some interior renovations. This time was for a small roof repair. Their price was pretty much exactly what my insurance company provided so I believe they have fair pricing. They also were able to do the work very quickly which was nice. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a professional with fair pricing and good customer service.
Had water entering the basement through a deep foundational crack. They arrived to do the estimate the same day (within 2 hours), scheduled the work for just a few days later -- everything went very smoothly. Work was completed over 2 days, which is exactly as quoted. We will use them again for other projects!
Everything went well. The workers kept my house clean while they worked and removed the old floor. They did a great job installing the new floor and covering it wit linoleum that I had bought. I would call you again if we have any more work to be done.
