Dr Jack Galbraith is not the physician portrayed by some of the mentally ill who've posted the poor reviews. He is very patient, considerant and attentive. It's unfortunate in this day and age anyone with a phone with considerable mental issues is allowed to post poor reviews of such an outstanding doctor whom I've personally had for 10+ years. I can attest to the behavior stated in those poor reviews are not in his character. Don't pay attention to angry, hateful and those with such obvious mental needs.
